For a photographer, Venice during Carnival is mind blowing. The cacophony of the historic architecture, the enchanting canals and revelers in costume was almost sensory overload. A must see.

Day 37 of 365: Brother & Sister Reflection

I spent most of today having a long overdue brunch with my little (not so little anymore!) sister. Fortunately she always sports a funky New York Bohemian style, and she made today’s image of the day. You can see a clear reflection of me in her eyes (well glasses) here. Metaphorically and spiritually, it is kind of a good representation of our day together – reminiscing and pondering life. Thanks sis!

Needed to take a break from the NYC HDR images, so I started scheduling some model shoots again. NYC model, make-up artists, fire dancer, belly dancer and event producer, Massae, helps me kick off a new series – Fashion Murals. We are going to shoot a series of fashion shoots with NYC murals as the backgrounds.
