I have become enamored with night time photography, particularly showing iconic skylines in new light. This was a rare quiet moment in San Marco Square during Carnival in Venice.

For a photographer, Venice during Carnival is mind blowing. The cacophony of the historic architecture, the enchanting canals and revelers in costume was almost sensory overload. A must see.
